Vegetables and fruits are an important part of healthy diet.Vegetables are high in fiber,Sufficient intake of fruits and vegetables has been associated with a reduced risk of chronic diseases. At least nine of classes of fruits and vegetables are exist,each are beneficial to health.Eat 2 to 4 servings of fruits and 4 to 6 servings of vegetables in everyday.Try blue,red berries and prefer dark green vegetables like spinach.Eggs:-
Eggs are rich source of selenium,vitamin D,B6,B12 an minerals such as zinc ,iron, and copper.Both the white and yolk of an egg are rich in nutrients including protein,vitamins and minerals.
