Brief History of Artificial Intelligence:-

The work is recognized for artificial intelligence is done between the period of 1943 to 1955.

The early thought is developed in McCulloch and walta pits in 1943.Their ideas are found on three theories...

• Base psychology
• Formal analysis of prepositional logic 
• Twriya theory of Computation

The term "artificial intelligence" was first coined in 1955 by John McCarthy at the  Dartmouth conference.In recent years AI become very popular and effective in performing multiple tasks like Gaming,Robotics,Computer networks,Healthcare,Chatbots,Autonomous,Finance.

In the early 1980s,AI research was revived by commercial success of expert systems.

In the late 1990 and early 21st century ,The concept of AI start used for logistic,algorithm techniques,for data mining analyzing the big data easily and get a solution of problems.It became the whole word advanced,effective.

Definition of Artificial Intillegence:-

The Greek  word AI comes from two words "Artificial & Intelligence"

Artificial means:-Non natural 

Intelligence means:-Ability to understand

 Artificial Intelligence is the broad branch of computer science the goal of AI is to create system intelligently and independently as the normal human being done.

                                             

    It is the creation coming from non natural things.Its way to exhibit machine works automatically.Different machine done work by using own intelligence such as some of autonomous vehicles that works efficiently,precisely and robots that performs multitask in physical world by their sensor.

Importance of Artificial Intelligence:-

• AI deals with technology processes that competently mimics how human react to new information make . decision ,speak hear as well as understand language.

• AI reduces the probability of human error,increases revenue and productivity.

• Machine do not require sleep or breaks and are able to function without stopping.so work done quickly and sanity.

• Fraud detection in smart card-based systems is possible with the use of  AI.

• Chances of error is nil and we get precision and accuracy.

• AI combines large amount of data through iterative processing and Intelligent algorithms to help computers learn automatically.

Application of Artificial Intelligence:-

 Artificial intelligence aims to produce a computer-assisted solution when data is too complex.AI can perform different variety of task an ordinary human can do,some AIs can match humans in specific task. following are the major applications of artificial intelligence...

1. Automation:-
   Automation is basically making a hardware and software that is capable of doing things automatically(self controlled) without human invention.
   with the help of AI,some machines are developed who work by their own
   within a few minutes and sec.and some are in a process
   such as Tesla has introduced TeslaBot,intelligent  virtual
    assistant.
2. Planning and Robotics:-
   Robots are manufactured as hardware.Robots work by their
   
    own intelligence (sensor) and
    perform certain laborious task
   .Robots read data from their sensors and decide what next to do.with the help of AI,we can create intelligent  robots for doing repetitive task.e.g the
   humanoid robots which are like human.
3. Gaming:-
   AI are very helpful for creating games.The major part of  AI in gaming is video game since their inception in the 1950s.Such
    as rocket League,minecraft.
   
4. Healthcare:-
   AI play a major role in medicine for making diagnosis and for the instrument that are used in surgeries or the other instrument used for the  cure of patient.
   In the last five years,AI becoming more adventurous for health care.
5. Education:-
   AI researches create many tools for to solve the problems in computer science.
